allow you to qualify for the monthly fee waiver program if linked to a
Business Check Card.

Business Economy Checking customers can avoid paying the Monthly
Maintenance Fee by meeting a specified balance requirement of $3000.00
minimum daily balance, $10000.00 average monthly balance or by making
one qualified purchase within each statement cycle with their Small
Business Check Card. When the qualified transaction is made, the fee

I signed up with Bank of America, because I was told that I would not
have to pay a maintenance fee if I opened a Personal Account as well.
And now you are telling me that you’ve ended the sole reason why I chose
BoA without notifying me. This hardly seems fair or a good customer
service policy to bait customers with a promotion then change the terms
without notifying them.
